Leadership Identity Dimensions (LID)

Version: 1.1

Effective Date: 8 January 2026

1. Introduction

Leadership Identity Dimensions (“LID,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) provides a reflective assessment experience designed to help individuals better understand how their leadership is expressing itself at a given point in time.

This Privacy Statement describes how we collect, use, store, and protect information obtained through the LID assessment and related services. It also explains your rights and choices regarding that information.

By accessing or using the LID assessment, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this Privacy Statement.

2. Information We Collect

2.1 Assessment Responses

Assessment responses may include reflective inputs related to past experiences, present conditions, and future intentions.

Purpose of collection

  • To generate your individual Narrative Results Report

  • To support optional future participation if you choose to retain your results

Use limitations

  • Assessment responses are not sold

  • Assessment responses are not shared with third parties for marketing or advertising

  • Assessment responses are not used to make automated decisions or predictions about you

If you do not opt to save your results, responses are treated as session-specific and retained only as necessary to deliver your report.

2.2 Assessment Results (Leadership Identity Expressions)

We may retain de-identified and aggregated assessment results, including:

  • Leadership Identity Dimension (LID) cell outcomes

  • Zone-level outcomes

  • Aggregate distribution data across participants

Purpose of collection

  • Improving and refining the assessment

  • Conducting internal research and quality assurance

  • Understanding population-level patterns of leadership expression

These results are stored and analyzed without direct personal identifiers and are not used to identify individual participants.

2.3 Self-Disclosed Transformational Experiences

Participants may choose to describe experiences they personally interpret as transformative.

  • These disclosures are used only within the participant’s Narrative Results Report

  • They are not evaluated, validated, or scored

  • They are not linked to identifiable individuals in aggregate analysis

We may analyze the frequency of such disclosures in aggregate form only.

2.4 Optional Demographic Information

You may optionally provide limited demographic information, such as geographic region, age range, or gender.

When collected:

  • Provision is voluntary

  • Data is stored separately from identifying information

  • Data is used only in aggregated, de-identified form

Demographic data is used solely to understand contextual variation and is never used to profile, rank, or target individuals.

3. Your Choices and Rights

You retain control over how your information is handled.

You may:

  • Complete the assessment without creating a long-term profile

  • Choose whether you want us to save your results so you can return, reflect, and take the assessment again over time—allowing you to notice patterns and potentially derive deeper meaning for yourself.

  • This choice is optional and can be changed at any time.

  • Decline to provide demographic information

  • Request access to, correction of, or deletion of your stored personal data

Where applicable, these rights are provided in accordance with relevant data protection laws, including the GDPR and CCPA.

4. What We Do Not Do

We do not:

  • Sell personal data

  • Share personal data with advertisers or marketing platforms

  • Rank, score, or compare individuals

  • Infer moral, spiritual, psychological, or diagnostic conclusions

  • Predict future behavior or outcomes

  • Use assessment data to determine what your leadership should be

The LID assessment is descriptive and reflective, not evaluative or prescriptive.

5. Data Retention

We retain information only for as long as necessary to:

  • Deliver assessment results

  • Support optional participant profiles

  • Maintain aggregate, de-identified research data

You may request deletion of your personal data at any time, subject to legal or operational retention requirements.

6. Data Security

We implement reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information against unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction.

While no system can guarantee absolute security, we regularly review our practices to reduce risk and protect participant trust.

7. Third-Party Services

We may use third-party service providers to support hosting, analytics, or report delivery.

These providers:

  • Are bound by contractual confidentiality obligations

  • May access information only as necessary to perform services on our behalf

  • Are not permitted to use data for independent purposes

8. Changes to This Privacy Statement

We may update this Privacy Statement from time to time.

When changes are made:

  • The updated version will be posted with a revised effective date
