PRIVACY STATEMENT

Leadership Identity Dimensions (LID)

Version: 1.3

Effective Date: 18 March 2026

1. Our Commitment to Privacy

Leadership Identity Dimensions (“LID”) is committed to respecting the privacy, dignity, and trust of all participants.

Because LID assessments may involve reflective or personal information, we treat participant data with care, restraint, and purpose. We collect and use information only as necessary to deliver the assessment experience and related results.

2. Information We Collect

2.1 Information You Provide Directly

We may collect information you choose to provide, including:

  • Assessment responses

  • Reflective or narrative inputs

  • Account or purchase information (e.g., name, email address)

  • Communications with LID (support inquiries, feedback)

You are never required to disclose information beyond what is necessary to complete the assessment.

2.2 Automatically Collected Information

When you access LID services, we may collect limited technical information such as:

  • Device type and browser

  • IP address (for security and fraud prevention)

  • Usage data related to assessment completion

This information is used solely for operational, security, and performance purposes.

3. How We Use Participant Information

Participant information is used only to:

  • Generate assessment results and narrative reports focused on present leadership expression

  • Deliver purchased services

  • Improve system reliability and participant experience

  • Review de-identified and aggregated inputs to refine the assessment and support future feature development, including responsible use of AI

  • Respond to inquiries or support requests

  • Maintain security and prevent misuse

In this release, certain reflective inputs (including past experience and sensed future direction) may be collected as part of the assessment experience but are not used to determine the results presented to participants.

LID does not use participant data to:

  • Diagnose mental health conditions

  • Predict behavior or outcomes

  • Profile participants beyond the scope of the assessment

  • Make decisions about participants

4. Reflective and Sensitive Information

We recognize that assessment responses may include reflective, emotional, or sensitive material.

Accordingly:

  • Participant inputs are treated as context for reflection, not as diagnostic or clinical data

  • LID does not interpret responses as indicators of pathology, disorder, or risk

  • In this release, certain reflective inputs may not be used in generating results, but may be reviewed in de-identified and aggregated form to improve the assessment experience over time

Reflection is not surveillance, and insight is not inference.

5. Use of Artificial Intelligence (AI)

Some narrative content at LID is generated with the assistance of AI systems.

AI at LID:

  • Operates within strict, predefined guardrails

  • Uses participant inputs to assemble the participant’s narrative results focused on present expression

  • Does not independently analyze, diagnose, or classify participants

  • Does not score assessments or determine identity

  • Does not make decisions on behalf of participants

In addition, de-identified and aggregated inputs may be used to test, refine, and improve AI guardrails and future capabilities.

AI-generated content is reflective in nature and governed by LID’s Ethics & Care standards.

6. Data Sharing and Disclosure

LID does not sell participant data.

We may share information only in the following limited circumstances:

  • With trusted service providers who assist in operating our platform (e.g., hosting, payment processing), under confidentiality obligations

  • When required by law, regulation, or legal process

  • To protect the rights, safety, or security of LID or others

We do not share participant data for advertising or third-party marketing purposes.

7. Data Retention

We retain participant information only for as long as necessary to:

  • Provide assessment results and related services

  • Maintain records required by law or business operations

Retention periods may vary depending on the nature of the data and applicable requirements.

Participants may request deletion of their data, subject to legal and operational constraints.

8. Data Security

LID employs reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures to protect participant information from unauthorized access, misuse, or disclosure.

No system can guarantee absolute security, but we are committed to ongoing review and improvement of our safeguards.
