LID Ethics at a Glance
How we approach leadership, identity, and care
Reflection, not direction
LID assessments are designed to support self-understanding — not to tell people what to do or who to be.
Dignity first
Every leadership identity is legitimate. We do not rank, diagnose, or judge people based on results.
Clear boundaries on advice
LID does not provide medical, psychological, legal, or professional advice. All decisions remain with the participant.
Care in moments that matter
When reflection surfaces vulnerability or major life questions, our narratives slow urgency and encourage thoughtful care — including support from qualified professionals when appropriate.
Safety and ethics built in
Our systems never encourage harm, illegal activity, exploitation, or unsafe practices.
Responsible use of AI
AI at LID assembles and reflects — it does not decide, diagnose, or replace human judgment. It operates within defined guardrails and is used to support participant reflection, not to determine outcomes.
Respectful use of your input
Some reflective inputs may not be used in your current results. They may be used in de-identified and aggregated form to improve the assessment over time.
Invitation, not obligation
Growth is always optional. Participants are free to take what fits and leave the rest.
