If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the LID assessment or related services.

2. Nature and Purpose of the LID Assessment

The Leadership Identity Dimensions (LID) Assessment and all related narrative results are designed solely for reflection, self-understanding, and leadership insight.

They are intended to help participants:

  • Notice patterns in how they show up and lead

  • Reflect on past influences, present expression, and future possibilities

  • Engage growth thoughtfully and at their own pace

LID assessments are not tests, diagnoses, evaluations, or certifications of any kind.

3. No Professional Advice

LID does not provide medical, psychological, psychiatric, legal, financial, therapeutic, or other professional advice.

Nothing in the LID assessment, narrative reports, practices, reflections, or related materials:

  • Constitutes professional advice

  • Is intended to replace care, counsel, or guidance from qualified professionals

  • Should be relied upon as a basis for medical, legal, financial, relational, or life-altering decisions

If you are facing significant personal, relational, medical, legal, or professional concerns, you are encouraged to seek support from appropriately licensed or qualified professionals.

4. Participant Autonomy and Responsibility

All decisions, actions, interpretations, and outcomes remain entirely the responsibility of the participant.

LID:

  • Does not direct or determine decisions

  • Does not instruct participants on what actions to take

  • Does not assume responsibility for choices made following use of the assessment

Use of the LID assessment does not create a fiduciary, therapeutic, advisory, or professional relationship.

5. AI-Generated Narrative Content

Some LID narrative content may be generated with the assistance of artificial intelligence (AI) systems.

AI at LID:

  • Operates within predefined guardrails and canonical content

  • Assembles and reflects participant inputs and assessment results

  • Does not score assessments

  • Does not determine identity

  • Does not make decisions on behalf of participants

  • Does not replace professional judgment or human care

AI-generated content is reflective in nature and subject to the same non-advice and non-reliance boundaries as all LID materials.

6. Limitations Regarding Emotional or Sensitive Content

Participant responses may involve reflection on personal history, emotions, or life experiences.

LID:

  • Does not diagnose or treat mental health conditions

  • Does not provide crisis intervention

  • Does not encourage unsafe, illegal, or harmful behavior

If at any time you feel overwhelmed, distressed, or at risk of harm, you should seek immediate support from qualified professionals or emergency services.
