The Leadership Identity Dimensions assessment is a reflective experience designed to help you notice how leadership is currently being expressed through you.

It offers language for awareness - not judgment, instruction, or direction.

BEGIN THE ASSESSMENT

  • The assessment explores how leadership is organized, carried, and expressed through lived experience and real responsibility.

    You can expect:

    • A reflective, thoughtfully paced experience

    • Questions focused on expression, integration, tension, formation*, and trajectory*

    • No right or wrong answers

    • No typing, ranking, or scoring of worth or potential

    The experience typically takes 15–20 minutes to complete.

    Your results are provided immediately upon completion.

  • Approach the assessment with honesty rather than aspiration.

    Respond from:

    • What you have actually lived

    • How leadership tends to show up for you under responsibility

    • What feels most true now—not what you hope or intend

    There is no advantage to presenting yourself in a certain way.

    Clarity comes from accuracy, not performance.

  • The Leadership Identity Dimensions Assessment offers a snapshot of your current leadership expression - how leadership is being carried and expressed right now.

    While the assessment invites reflection across past experience and sensed future direction, the results in this first release focus intentionally on present expression, offering clarity about how leadership is currently showing up.

    Exploration of Formation and Trajectory will be included more fully in future releases of the LID Assessment and are not included in the currently available Beta release.

    The broader framework is designed to hold additional depth that will be surfaced thoughtfully over time.

  • This assessment does not:

    • Assign a fixed type

    • Predict success or failure

    • Prescribe development or next steps

    • Interpret your life or decisions

    • Measure intelligence, talent, or value

    Interpretation belongs to you.

  • Your results are offered as descriptive language, not conclusions.
